PAYMENT POLICY

HBB accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via Paypal. You will receive the order detail via e-mail after you place the order. You will receive another email "Merchant Email Receipt" after you submit your credit card information. We will process online order after we receive all the information.

OUT OF STOCK POLICY

If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order and we will inform you via e-mail.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not sell or share any customer information with third parties. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST (excluding holidays) will ship within 3-5 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues.

Shipping costs are based on the total price of your merchandise.

Domestic Shipping :

$100~300 : $15.00
$300~500 : $20.00


We use UPS Ground for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. If you prefer other shipping methods, please contact us. We ship via USPS Express to Alaska and Hawaii. 

International Shipping :

$100~300 : $40.00
$300~500 : $45.00
We use USPS for the international order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and maybe affected by Customs and Excise delays.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for store credit or equal merchandise only. Returns must be made within 20 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. We do not refund shipping charges. Please keep in mind that all shipping cost is on customers. We do not accept returns after 20 days from receipt of purchase. Please send us back your purchase with a copy of invoice or receipt.

Damage/defect claims must be made within 5 business days of package arrival.

All discounted merchandise is final sale : No returns, no exchanges, or no store credit given.

Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. Once we have received your return we will process store credit or exchange within 5 business days.
